Michele
Saibene has been appointed V-TServices’ CEO in July 2023; in his
present position he maintains the role of IBM Managing Director for
UniCredit Group and Vice President in IBM Italy.
Already responsible to drive IBM Partnership with UniCredit Group
with HQ in Italy and operating in 13 countries in Europe, the new
role in Value Transformation Services perfectly fits in pursuing the
evolution of the partnership itself and of the innovation of the
bank’s IT infrastructure.
In past experiences at IBM he covered several international and
managerial roles, that required coordination of complex teams and
resources from multiple countries and direct responsibility on Top
Customers, thus developing both business leadership and techical
skills, always in the field of IT Consulting / Management Services.

Monica Maci
Born in
1963, Monica is a graduate in law. Since her university years she
became interested in the role of people in the enterprise. Before
joining IBM in 1997, she had eight years experience as Labor
Relations manager in Assolombarda, the lombard entrepreneurs
association, and in Pirelli. During her more than twenty years in
IBM, Monica had the opportunity of exploring many different HR roles
and responsibilities at both local and International level. She had
three different international assignments in Paris, Madrid and
Prague. Her recent position was Global Labor Relations Director with
specific focus on growth regions including Latin America, before
taking on the role of CHRO in Value Tranformation Services.
Monica is passionate about achieving skill excellence, supporting an
inclusive labor community, working in different cultural
environments and finding new ways to balance work and life within
the enterprise.

Matteo Biasi
Matteo Biasi was born in Verona in 1969. While graduating in
Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico in Milan, he spent one and
a half year in Munich, working for a small trading company.
After graduating in 1995 he joined an Industrial Group, dealing in
the Heating Business where he held several positions from export
manager for the Eastern Countries to the Group’s General Manager and
CEO of seven operating companies in 2004. In 2010 he joined
AnsaldoBreda, a Finmeccanica’s Company, producing trains and metros
with 4 plants and almost 4500 employees. For two years he was
responsible for a competitiveness project and from beginning 2012 he
was appointed as responsible for Processes, ITC and Quality
department.
Now in V-TServices, he covers the role of Enterprise Compliance
Manager, with responsibility of processes quality, security,
regulatory and risk management.

Helmut
Fuellerer started his career as a Customer Engineer at IBM Austria
in 1989. Since then, he has covered several roles, with increasingly
higher responsibilities, both in IBM and - in parallel - at ÖCS, a
100% IBM affiliate Austrian company, for which he covered the role
of Managing Director.
Also at IBM ihe covered several managerial roles, from Global
Service Delivery to Project Office Manager. In 2018 he joined
V-TServices as CEO for Austria and in 2021 he has been appointed
Client Project Executive for UniCredit Services Germany, in addition
to the previous role.
